If you purchased reporting services through one of these firms or providers that use our platform, please contact them directly to inquire about their refund terms. They handled your payment and will need to manage refunds as per their own policies. We do not have your funds if you paid a provider that uses our platform for report filing.
If you were referred by a firm through a registered link and paid us directly through the ReferPRO program, you have 30 days to request a refund if you haven’t completed your report.
